9 am or is it really 10 am? - I sip my first cup of coffee while reading the headlines. And what do you know? There it is. The headline reads something like this: Zero savings when changing the time. So then what is the purpose? Russia has decided after 30 years not to change the time. Spain continues to do so. Ahorro cero por el cambio horario
